As many of you know I hate psychology. I have always had a hard time with it. I took it when I was a senior and hated it ever since. As a matter of fact I attempted to take it 3 times at CEU and each time I would get out of it with in a couple of weeks. It wasn't until Hawaii that I actually got through an entire semester of the dreadful class. I tell you this because many of you know I hate psychology but few of you know why. I am about to tell you.
When I was a senior in high school, good ol' Carbon High, I took this class thinking this is going to be fun. Boy, was I wrong. I had a teacher that was horrible. He was new teacher and come to find out a bit of a pervert. He was the type of teacher that would have a female student go to the front of the class raise their arms up to "make sure" that her shirt wasn't too "short." He would do the same things with girls in skirts that were above the knee. I know this because he did it to one of my friends.
Now, this teacher never really did anything to me. However, psychology ended up being really hard for me. I would try in his class and still had troubles understanding. One day this teacher said something to me (I don't remember exactly what) that was so offensive and rude that I am pretty sure he could of been reprimanded for it if I took it to the education board. Instead I chose to tell him what I thought of him. I pretty much called him EVERY name in the book. EVERY name. I was so mad at this person that after telling him exactly what I thought of him, in front of the class, I walked out of his class never to return. The ironic part of this too is that this man was also in my ward, and yet it still didn't stop me from saying what I had to say. This is the only time that I can recall ever crying at school because I was so mad at this teacher. Of course the crying only lasted a couple of minutes because there were a couple of friends there to cheer me up. I never knew what happened to that (I am going to say it) Bastard. He only lasted 1-2 years there. I am not sure if he got fired or just left, because it was Price.
Now I told you that story to tell you this story. Yesterday Chris and I went for a walk with the kids (dogs). We returned home at about 7:30ish. As I was unloading the kids from the back of the truck Chris started to talk a little with the neighbor who lives a couple doors down. While we are doing these things there is what sounds like an annoyed honk. We turn to see what is going on. Apparently a couple of kids had run out in front of this Landrover and the person had to slam on the breaks to avoid hitting these children. Well this car happens to belong to the people who live across the street from us. So this person pulls up to the front of his house and exits his car. My husband being the people person he is says to the guy "Why did you stop?" In reference to just hitting the kids. I don't remember exactly what this man said because a couple of things happened all at once. As I looked at this person now talking with my husband from across the street the sound of his voice, his posture, and his face (which is a little more aged) all triggered so many memories and took me back about 10 years ago. Mr Braudhead (I don't know the exact spelling of his name), my high school PSYCHOLOGY teacher was standing less then 30 feet away from me. I turned to stare at my husband with eyes wide and a gaping mouth. When the conversation that lasted only minutes ended I walked up to my husband trying not to laugh still a little in shock. I reminded him of the story and then proceed to tell him that, that man he just talked to was the same man in my story. He couldn't believe it at first but a minute he did. We both think it is funny that once again this person and I have once again crossed paths. He has yet to recognize me but it is a matter of time until they find a way to talk to us and he finds out were we are from and so on and so on.... This teacher lives across the street from me!
Which brings me to the conclusion that God does have a sense of humor.

And just when you thought you would never have to see the jerk again...there he is living across the street. That sucks! I'm glad you told him off! I feel bad for the other girls he probably still tortures today!
HAHA!! I had him for French and I did not do well. I guess because I looked like I was 12. Not attractive enough. I won't name names, but I was always so pissed because I thought I did really well in his class, but it was the pretty girls who couldn't speak a word of french who were favored and got good grades. I also had him for psychology. Pretty funny. I wonder if he is still teaching.
Oh my gosh!!! That is freakin' hilarious!!!! You could always egg his house??!!! LOL
I agree with Liz! haha! that is so crazy!
Serves ya right for swearing;-) Just kidding. Way I think we should TP his house this weekend and burn CHS in his grass!
I think he does still teach because of some comment I kind of caught. As for TP-ing the house I am all for it but I have to think about if I get caught my job and stuff. I will send Chris he is brown and hard to see in the dark.
I don't remember this story, but it made me laugh. I think it's great. At least now you don't have to be nice under false premises.
Just don't do anything too drastic to his house?! hehe I have a basketball coach that I don't care to think of too often as well. Also, why I don't play basketball.
Funny, I never heard that story before. I remember you hating the man but I never knew he said anything that bad to you. He probably won't ever remember you. Dad doesn't remember most of the people he taught. However if you really did call him all those names there is a possibility that you are special to him. I thought he did get fired from Carbon. Anyway not worth wasting the toilet paper on.
haha why am i not suprised you yelled at an adult?.. way to be! haha
Wow that sucks he lives by you...good luck! may be if you go over and start swearing at him it will ring a bell....
